During the SCOG (Single Cell Omics Germany) Workshop Computational Single Cell Genomics from 26.-27. March in Munich Prof. Joachim L. Schultze presented the latest insights from our single-cell RNA-sequencing research.
Under the following link you may appreciate the advances in basic research of circulating immune cells as well as our latests results in the research of the chronic lung diseases COPD applying state-of-the-art single-cell RNA-sequencing techniques: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1VAk4xPRsw&feature=youtu.be
SCOG is a network of German research teams aiming at combining single-cell techniques in the fields of genetics, genomics, epigenomics and microscopy. The close collaborations within the network strengthens the German single cell community and helps to address biomedical questions and foster translational research. Prof. Joachim L. Schultze is part of the steering committee of SCOG.
