Admission
The admission requirement for the Molecular Biomedicine degree programme is a general higher education entrance qualification. The languages of instruction and examination are German and English, therefore knowledge of German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and knowledge of English at least at level B2 (CEFR) according to a recognised language test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS) or equivalent proof (e.g. Abitur) are required, as well as language certificates in German and English.
The degree programme is admission-restricted (local NC). You can view the NC values for the last two years on the website of the Registrar's Office.
Admission to a higher semester (Quereinstieg)
Admission to a higher program-relatated semester in the Bachelor's degree program in Molecular Biomedicine is possible in any semester if you have equivalent academic achievements (measured in terms of credit points and examination performance) in related degree programs.
You are welcome to check the comparability of your academic achievements in advance using the module handbook.
In addition to the creditable coursework, the prerequisite for a higher program-relatated semester entry is an available study place.
